We only accept Venmo/PayPal payments through the friends and family option because both require a shipping label and tracking number to be provided if the payment is sent as a business transaction. Since we do not ship our puppies, we have no way to provide that information, therefore, the transaction is never closed because no proof of delivery can be made.
